1. Bitch owner: agrees to pay all expenses in connection with the breeding.

2. Bitch owner: agrees to Stud Fee at $300-$500 or pick of the litter(my decision). A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of breeding. This deposit will be applied towards the stud fee. The balance of the stud fee of is payable when the first puppy  is sold or reaches 6 weeks old which ever comes first.

3.Bitch owner: must supply a copy of the bitch’s  Registration and Pedigree papers,, before breeding can occur.

4. Stud owner: is not obligated to sign litter registration application until stud fee is paid in full or pick of the litter has been taken.

5. Stud owner: agrees that in the event no litter is produced  a repeat breeding  at the bitch’s next heat cycle (or can stud another bitch of your choice) will be provided at no additional cost.

6. Bitch owner: agrees that If pick of the litter puppy is to be taken instead of the cash stud fee, stud owner will make selection of pick of litter prior to any puppy being sold or promised.

7. Stud owner: has the right to sell or keep pick puppy (if taking a puppy instead of cash stud fee).
Stud owner has the right to name the said  pick of litter puppy.

8. Bitch owner: will not transfer ownership of any pup resulting from this breeding to
any person or organization whose intent it is to resell or use it in laboratory experiments.

9. Bitch owner: agrees to have the puppies examined by a licensed veterinarian, given appropriate shot for their age and be de wormed on a regular basis prior to placement with new owners.

      10. Bitch owner: acknowledges that he/she is the owner or lessee of this bitch and have the legal right to breed her.

11. Bitch owner: states that the bitch is in good over all health.

12. Bitch owner: agree to have said bitch tested for canine brucellosis and show stud own results from vet stating she is negative.

13. Bitch owner: agrees to have said bitch tested for MPSVI and show stud owner results from test. (or show parents negative test results)

14. Bitch owner: agrees to place all puppies from this breeding on spay/neuter contracts. Thus other than the puppies they will be keeping for them selfs. This is  to protect stud owners lines & the lines they have used!

I have read and understand every thing in this Stud Service Contract.

The Miniature Pinscher described above is sold for the sum of $__________

 
A deposit of $200( non refundable) is due with this contract with the balance being due before the puppy is (7) weeks old. If balance is not paid in full by the time puppy is (7) weeks old(unless other wise discussed) said puppy can and will be put back up for adoption. Buyers $200 deposit will be forfeited to breeder. Payments can be made with cash or cashiers check, or money order, no personal checks will be accepted. Pay pal is also welcome please email first.

1. Said puppy/dog must be picked up or shipped by (10) weeks of age or a $35.00 fee per week will be added and  will need to be paid before pick up or shipping date.(This fee is only waived if shipping hold up is caused by breeder)

2.Said puppy/dog can be shipped at buyer expense for a fee of $250 - $300.                     
(This covers airfare, crate, food/water bowls, puppy pad or blankie, health certificate from vet and trip to airport.)              
                   
Shipping cost and initial cost must be paid in full before puppy/dog is shipped.

IF BUYING PUPPY/DOG AS PET COMPANIONSHIP PLEASE READ


1.(___) Limited Registration Contract (AKC limited registration): This puppy is considered to be a pet and may not be  bred (not intentionally or unintentionally). Buyer agrees to spay/neuter this puppy between the age of four to six  months of age and mail Breeder a veterinarian verification upon completion of that operation. AKC Papers will be held until puppy is neutered/spayed!  Vet certificate of neutering/spaying must be provided by buyer to breeder  before you get papers!!

A. The Buyer: understands completely that if it comes down to the puppy/dog not getting this operation Breeder has all rights to take puppy/dog back using all means necessary....

B. The Buyer also understands if the puppy/dog was breed, the buyer then would owe the seller a fee of 5,000 for the breeding and 500 per pup born from that breeding and also agrees to return to  the seller the said puppy/dog & all puppies produce from the breeding.

Puppies are placed on a spay/neuter contract
(unless otherwise discussed  with me).

IF BUYING PUPPY/DOG AS BREEDER/SHOW PLEASE READ


2.(___) Full Registration Contract (AKC full registration for breeding) for a puppy/dog. Buyer agrees to allow puppy to mature (18 months of age for female, or 1 year for male)) before being bred. Although I can not guarantee said puppy/dog will be able to produce offspring.

A.  The Buyer: Agrees to place Churchills in the puppies AKC registered name & also understands that Amy Lemasters will be co-owner

B. The Buyer: Agrees to place all offspring (that they are not keeping for them self or are not being placed in show homes)  on spay /neuter contracts to protect Churchills lines and or protect lines that Churchills has used in their breeding program. The puppies that are going to be placed in show homes with full AKC, must be placed in a contract that their offspring will be spayed/neutered. Also I am to be notified in writing where they are going to.

C. The Buyer: Also understands the Amy Lemasters will be co-owner of the said puppy/dog

EVERY BUYER PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS

1. The Buyer: Understands that this dog/puppy is not permitted to be registered with any other registry other than AKC with out our written consent. If the dog is registered with out our written consent you will be charged $1,000 for doing so.

2. The Buyer: understands that all court issues shall be dealt with in the Columbiana County Court House in OH.

3.The Buyer: agrees that neither he/she nor the buyer’s estate/executors may sell this puppy/dog or transfer ownership of this puppy/dog without the breeders agreement , and written consent must be completed before transfer..

4.The Buyer: agrees that in the event that this puppy/dog needs to be re-homed for any reason, at any time in the future, the buyer agrees to return the puppy to the seller, who will either keep the puppy or place it in a new home.  The buyer understands that he/she will not receive a refund or replacement. This puppy/dog must never be placed in a rescue, shelter, pound, humane society, or any other such organization.

A. The Buyer: also understands If this puppy/dog is placed with out my writen consent there will be a $5,000 charge plus all fees that have to be paid to retrieve the said puppy/dog.

5.The Buyer: is aware that the Puppy/dog must be kept on                      for health guarantee to be valid.
(sample/pamphlet will be given to buyer)


6.The Buyer: is to have said puppy/dog checked by his/her vet with in 72 hours of receiving said puppy/dog. If the puppy/dog is found to be other than healthy by the buyers’s veterinarian, Buyer must notify the breeder immediately with a letter/fax from the examining veterinarian.

A.Upon receiving letter/fax from examining veterinarian actions will be taken immediately to replace said puppy/dog with another one, if one is not available at said time purchase price will be refunded.
(only purchase price will be refunded not shipping)
shipping is sole responsibility of buyer.


7.The Breeder: does not assume any liability for any injury/vet bill after puppy/dog is delivered to buyer.

8.The Breeder: states,your Miniature Pinscher will have a one year health guarantee on any genetic life threatening problem, proven by a licensed veterinarian before you will receive either your full refund or be replaced with a  another puppy/dog.  ( This will be one year from birth and it MUST be proven with an autopsy from a licensed  vet with results of autopsy before any refund or exchange will be given.) 

A.There are certain disorders that can/may be caused by environmental factors.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction,  Demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. I cannot guarantee the known health problems of Orthopedic problems, such as Legg-Calve-Perthes disease (LCP) a degenerative hip disease.  Slipping stifles (knees) and patellar luxation (dislocated kneecap) ; epilepsy.
These are health problems that can occur no matter what breeder you get your puppy/dog from!!
If any of these problems occur in Dam/Sire of said puppy/dog. I will notify you ASAP.

9.The Breeder: also cannot guarantee adult size and weight (NO BREEDER CAN) Overfeeding can make them overweight as they grow. 

     10.The Breeder: cannot guarantee the coat conditions sometime simply poor  nutrition will cause coat problems.  Also environmental conditions can lead to poor coat problems too.

    .11.The Buyer: shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament and appearance of said puppy/dog upon purchase.

      12.The Buyer: further agrees to maintain the said puppy/dog in good health with recommended immunizations and yearly veterinarian check-ups.

      13.The Buyer: agrees to notify the breeder of any phone # changes during puppies lifetime.
(This is very important, by doing this I can keep records on the heath and size of puppies produced here at Churchill's Min Pins)
